It started out as a way to show on my design reel, that I had 3d experience, and it was something very different than most people were doing. Later I just used the last stage of the animation, then I started really liking just the silhouette of the object, which later became what I called my personal mark.

Now its been tweaked to go along with some other branding, and some other ideas.

Thats why the name of this site is, Design Evolves, because I it does. Artists and designers that dont normally get left behind. All the greats have periods, and that only comes through evolution of ones design sensibilities.

Esp when I had to head back down into Cambridge yesterday to deal with a rebate issue. I bloody hate mail in rebates, but I bloody love my skills to get a store to bend to my will.

You can get your manhood multiple ways. Some people in some cultures go on a walkabout, some cultures they have to bring back something like a lion, some they just get to the right age, and others require a bumping and grinding. One thing is clear though.

If you go watch Sex and the City on the big screen you get kicked in the balls by another man, and that man has the right to take your manhood away. By right of culture he must, or watch his manhood taken away also.

What isnt quite clear is, can you ever get it back. I’d say its difficult, because you’d have to do something overly manly just to break even, much less get back the same amount of awesome that any self respecting man had before entering the theater with his women.. what, you went with one woman. Ouch. Oh you went alone. You’re screwed, might as well date guys.

Some suggestions if this has happened to you:

• Beat up your best friend, sorry Dave.
• Have sex with multiple partners, extra points for midgets and ugly people, cause that takes guts. (Make sure they’re not guys.)
• Kill a bear, or lion… with your hands. (Not in a Zoo, in the wild.)
• Jump out of an airplane, without a parachute.
• Run down the street naked screaming, ‘I’m doing this for GTA IV.’
• Brew amazing beer and send it to your friends who write blog posts about how you lost your manhood so that they’ll get drunk and delete the post.

I’m currently juggling organizing things that I want to setup and still setup a couple computers, with applying and looking for jobs, and look for some design work. Heck if I can find some programming work too, then I can give Dan some work and Elizabeth will stop being made at me. That also means Dan can buy more beer stuff, which means I might get beer at some point.
